I knew I wanted to do something with fall color and this Japanese red maple suited perfectly. I love how the angular shape of the drop goes so well with the angles of the leaves. The red is really eye-catching and very reminiscent of fall. This artwork is about slowing down, a quieter pace of life, along with the changing of the season. A time to reflect and plan for the future.
